AdamWorks has designed AeroMaxTM - a retractable side fairing system for trailer manufacturers and fleet owners (play_button). Although trailer "side skirts" have been proven to save 5-10% of fuel burn, skirts need to close the gap between the trailer and road surface for maximum fuel savings. AdamWorks patent pending design provides this maximum gap closure, while retracting at low airspeeds to ensure skirts are not damaged in service.

In addition, AdamWorks can provide other weight or drag reducing solutions, from composite panels, to rear fairings and more. For tractors, AdamWorks provides solutions for on the tractor or closing the gap between tractor and trailer.
